I absolutely love bringing your custom design ideas to life. Custom orders give me the chance to explore new ideas, experiment with creativity, and refine my skills. There’s nothing better than crafting something unique that brings joy to others!

To place your custom order, please email me at Sophlisaso@outlook.com with the following details:

1. Reference Photos: Please send at least 3 images for inspiration. Include as much detail as possible about the shapes, patterns, themes, colors, and whether you prefer gold or silver hardware.

2. Payment Details: Payment is required upfront to secure your order. Once we finalize the design and I provide the total, payment must be received within 48 hours.

3. Processing Time: Orders typically take 1 week to create, plus shipping time. Need it sooner? Let me know, and I’ll see what I can do!

If you’re unhappy with your custom piece, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss possible solutions. Please note that I’m unable to accept returns.
