For hygienic reasons and with all products being handmade I will not be accepting returns unless the item is defective.

Replacements

Each item is made with high quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. I will only replace item if it is damaged during shipment or defective. Please contact me via email at Sophlisaso@outlook.com if you have any issues with your order. 

Note: Notice of the defective item will need to be submitted within 72 hours of the item being received. Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer. Replacement shipping to be covered by me,
